The first time I heard about the Ocean Coral & Turquesa, it was from another Traveloni travel agent. She had booked her own brother’s destination wedding on the beach at this resort. I thought, ‘wow, if a travel agent would send their own family to the Riviera Maya to get married at the Ocean Coral & Turquesa, then it must be good!’
During my visit to the Ocean Coral & Turquesa last month, I was not disappointed. The staff dressed in traditional Mexican attire to greet me upon my arrival. I was immediately served a fancy welcome cocktail, which I drank out of a carved dragon fruit ornamented with a tiny Mexican flag. The staff’s continued efforts were notably attentive. There wasn’t a moment I found myself without a drink in my hand or a cool towel to refresh my skin.
What is most interesting about the Ocean Coral & Turquesa is that it is often much more affordable than other resorts, yet offers the same quality of accommodations and services. The Ocean Coral & Turquesa is all inclusive with seven a la carte restaurants, a buffet, two snack bars, a lobby bar, lounge, and even a swim up bar. One of the pools at the Ocean Coral & Turquesa is very large and great for children, while there’s another pool that is quiet and great for relaxation.
The architecture at the Ocean Coral & Turquesa features warm orange hues and stucco designs. The rooms are clean and stylish, and can simultaneously accommodate up to three children staying with two adults. Located upon a beautiful white sand beach in Mexico’s Riviera Maya, non-motorized water sports are included. The Ocean Coral & Turquesa even has a supervised kids club, as well as a supervised teens’ club, with fun for everyone (not to mention the alone time this offers mom and dad).
Since this resort is relatively new, there is free WIFI everywhere. At the Ocean Coral & Turquesa, you can Skype, Viber or Facetime your friends and family from just about anywhere! Make them jealous of your vacation in paradise, or perhaps share your wedding ceremony with someone who was unable to make the journey.
Guests who stay at the Ocean Coral & Turquesa get one hundred dollars worth of resort credit per room that can be used towards spa treatments or even upgrades. Guests that are looking for an adult’s only resort should check out the nearby Ocean Maya Royale, also owned by H10 Resorts. Both the Ocean Coral & Turquesa and the Ocean Maya are great value resorts and offer incredible options for anyone looking for a good vacation deal, or even somewhere to host a destination wedding that won’t cost them or their guests an arm and a leg. It’s not too good to be true – it’s the Ocean Coral & Turquesa by H10 Resorts!
